Returns Policy

We do not accept returns based on change of mind, so please choose carefully.

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please email sunnydaze.styling@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving, with photos of the damage (including packaging). And we will organise a replacement which can take approximately 2-3 weeks to get in if still available.

The product will need to be returned at your cost to us immediately. Once received we will refund you the cost of postage and organise replacement product to be sent to you.

We accept exchange or store credit only on items of clothing that are ordered online if returned within 14 days of purchase (please email us first with your request). Clothing must be unworn and in new condition with tags attached. Return postage, both to and from us, is to be paid by the customer.  

Sale and discounted items cannot be returned. Purchase is final.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 67A Morfitt Street, Mandurah 6210 WA. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
